The Tata Neu project focused on creating a unified, user-centric experience across multiple Tata Group services—including e-commerce, travel, finance, food, and health. This initiative aimed to reimagine how users interact with a diverse ecosystem through a single super app, enhancing convenience, loyalty, and digital engagement across all verticals.
As a Product Designer on the Tata Neu Super App, we began with a comprehensive market analysis to identify key differentiators and position Tata Neu as a leader in the super app space. Collaborating closely with the team, I helped create a seamless, intuitive experience that resonates with users across multiple Tata Group services—e-commerce, travel, finance, and health.
Our design approach focused on creating a modern, clean aesthetic, balancing dynamic visuals with an easy-to-navigate interface. From iconography and typography to interactivity and messaging, every element reflected Tata Neu’s commitment to innovation and customer-centricity.
The user interface was meticulously crafted to ensure both B2B and B2C users could easily explore the app’s diverse features and services, making it simple for them to engage and access value propositions.
After launch, Tata Neu experienced increased engagement, with users quickly adopting the platform for a variety of services. The design improvements contributed to a stronger brand presence and supported the app’s ongoing growth and success. This project exemplifies the power of design thinking and user-centered innovation in creating a unified, impactful digital experience.
