Tata Neu, I worked on launching the "Pay Multiple Bills" feature, designed to streamline the utility payment experience across categories like electricity, gas, broadband, DTH, and mobile.

At Tata Neu, we set out to simplify how users manage and pay multiple utility bills—everything from electricity and gas to broadband, DTH, and mobile—in one place.

The challenge was to design a unified, intuitive feature that reflected Tata Neu’s vision of convenience while driving higher engagement and retention. We focused on creating a user experience that was visually clean, easy to navigate, and highly functional across devices.

The interface was thoughtfully crafted using familiar UI patterns, with bold icons and a structured layout to reduce cognitive load. Each step—from adding multiple billers to completing payment—was optimized for clarity and ease. We also introduced smart prompts, reminders, and a quick repeat-payment feature to minimize friction and boost completion rates.

Our responsive design ensured a seamless experience across mobile and desktop. Since launch, the feature has led to a significant uptick in utility payments through the app, reducing drop-offs and improving overall user satisfaction.

This project reinforced how strong UX design can turn everyday tasks into delightful digital experiences—at scale.
